This is not so much a recipe as an idea i got from Rina. Just make a salad from leaves of fresh baby rocket (AKA “arugula”, botanical name Eruca sativa) or wall rocket (AKA “wild arugula”, botanical name Diplotaxis tenuifolia) with a goodly amount of thinly sliced red radish and some chunks of avodado. Dress it with a vinaigrette and serve. Yow! Great combination of flavors and textures.
And if you’re using this salad to accompany a really fatty meal, you could just leave the avocado out and it’s still a tasty and unusual salad.
