I’ve been pickling things and making jellies for decades, and in 2004 decided it would be fun to keep track of what i was making. Thus, the Production Reports. I’ve made a few comments in some of the reports about how i made various items, but i’ve tried to give recipes that accurately describe what i do in the Recipes section.
I get the fruit and vegetables i preserve from San Francisco farmers’ markets. Here’s a shot at the Castro Farmers’ Market:
